What is your process before and during writing a novel? Are you an outliner? Pantser? What software do you use?

Nenia Campbell I actually used to pants most of my early novels. Now I often use outlines, but a lot of it is still pretty spontaneous. I'm a bit of a daydreamer, and whenever my mind wanders, I tell myself stories to entertain myself. I take notes in physical notebooks because I'm old school like that.
