I read this book to our 8-year-old son upon recommendation from our 10-year-old daughter whose teacher read it to them aloud. I MISS reading about Melody now that this book is over. What do you read NEXT after reading a book this good?

I know this is an old question, but an excellent read aloud is The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. Loved it!!
