Don't like the phrase -- too many negative assumptions built into it. Why should one bother to sit down at one's keyboard and strive to write something if there is no inspiration? Get out into the garden, or go for a walk! I only sit down to write if I have something to say -- and when the force is with me I write very fast. I've been writing for more than 40 years, and have never suffered from this thing called by others "writers block". Does that make me a freak, or just lucky?
