I really, really love the darkest powers and darkness rising series. What made you want to do this kind of book? I really hope you go back for more of the trilogy and short stories.

I originally wrote The Summoning for my daughter. She was 13 at the time and wanted to read Bitten. I wrote a more age-appropriate book for her instead :)
And, yes, I know lots of 13 year olds have read Bitten, apparently without being unduly traumatized, but it's different when it's your mom who wrote the sex scenes...she's 22 now & reads all my books, but I suspect she still skips my sex scenes!

Just finished re-reading the Darkest Powers trilogy again. Will there be more books about Chloe, Derek, Simon and Tori? There were a few loose ends such as what the necklace means when it changes colour and did the demi-demon ever complete her deal with Chloe? Also, did the full demon ever come back for Chloe? So much still to know! Thank you :)
