Jeffrey asked Glynnis Campbell:

Once read an interview with the author William F. Buckley. He said that the longest time it took him to write a novel is a month. What is the longest it has taken you to write one of your novels, including doing research?

Glynnis Campbell The longest time for me was several years. It took that long because it was my first book, and I didn't know what I was doing! In fact, it was so long and complex that in the end, I broke it into three books--MY CHAMPION, MY WARRIOR, and MY HERO.
