Thank you so much! Those stories are near and dear to my heart since they're set in my home town. At this point, I doubt I can write more books like them without stretching reality beyond belief. There weren't really many interracial marriages in the 1850s, and sadly, by the late 19th century, most of the Konkow people were either sent to reservations or decimated by starvation or outright murder. It's hard to write romance against that backdrop.
