Will Breaking the Rules be released in hard/paper cover or is this in e-form only?

Hi Tina,
In the US, Breaking the Rules is an e-book exclusive. I've been told that it will be printed in paperback, but I don't know the release date yet. In the UK and Australia, Breaking the Rules is also available in e-book format and will soon be available in paperback. The paperback will be released in Australia on December 15, 2014. The paperback will be released in the UK on January 1, 2015.

I absolutely love all of your books. All i want to know is how many more can we expect in the "Pushing the Limits" series? Of course, I want to read 1000 more of them, but of course that isn't rational. What are your thoughts on the characters for any new books in this series?
