I've always been fascinated by all girls boarding schools since reading A Little Princess when I was a child. And I love spy novels. I was already writing comedy and steampunk So I just wrapped them all up together.
There is one more book int he Finishing School series: Manners & Mutiny out next year.
There are many ties between this series and my adult series, The Parasol Protectorate. So you could try those. So far as follow ups are concerned, I have some short stories/novellas/novels in my brain featuring some favorite side characters. They are a few years away while I work on the novels, but I really hope they happen.
