Have you ever thought about writing a new vampire series? If not, maybe a legacy visit to Sookies descendents?

Oddly enough, in the anthology DEAD BUT NOT FORGOTTEN, that's exactly what one writer did: Eric pays a visit to Sookie's descendants. I never thought of the Sookie books as a vampire series, but as Sookie's adventures . . . which happened to include vampires. I don't think I'll ever do that again, though I might write a book that includes a character from Sookie's world.

I just wanted to say, the Sookie Stackhouse series really got me into reading when I was going through a difficult time of my life. Your books inspired me to be more true to myself and break out of my shell more. Thank you <3 Will you ever do a series of the same genre as the Sookie Stackhouse series?
