I took the last several months and binged all your Lynley books. I have long been an Anglophile and your books make me feel like I’m there! One question: will you write about Lynley’s back story that you allude to in your first novel and several times in subsequent novels: when he was arrested for his brother in law’s death? I’m still intrigued by this!

That's an intriguing question. I've done prequels before (A Suitable Vengeance is one), but I have so far not considered doing the story of Lynley's arrest for his brother-in-law's death. However, I never say never.

I just finished binging the Whidbey Island saga books and glad to read there will be book 5. Already pre-ordered Inspector Lynley 21, so understand we will have to wait to read what happens on Whidbey in the sequal. Hope all goes well with the writing process. Should you have an idea about the timeline, I (and probably all the fans) would be interested. Have you already started?
