Other than clearing my head of all the random thoughts and ideas, it would have to be the messages I receive from my readers.
The amount of times the messages have made me cry tears of joy or deep sadness, followed by the gratitude which floods my body that my words have helped another person to smile, get motivated and create a new and brighter future for themselves....
Nothing better than that feeling. Nada.
