The primary POV is Robin. However, there are three interludes (trying to keep this spoiler-free) that explore the individual POV's of Ramy, Letty, and Victoire. One primary, three secondary. They are all thoughtful and skillfully crafted.

One of the many things I liked about this book is that:
a) multiple POV's are represented as the story moves on
b) the POV of primary and secondary characters evolves and changes during the story
c) for most of the story, the primary characters need to balance at least 2 conflicting POVs
Part of the 4th part of the book involves the different resolution of conflicting POV's for each of the main characters.

Robyn is the de facto "I" character of the book (though referred to as "he/him") and the only one whose POV (perceptions, thoughts, feelings) are directly revealed to you. You get an idea of how various other characters view the world but it is only through external things like what they say and do. This goes for his three close friends as well as other primary and mid-level characters. Robyn is also the only character that I would say is fully developed. In particular there is no equally well developed second character, whether co-protagonist or lead antagonist, to serve as Robyn's "other" in the book.

There are multiple POVs with one main PoV - Robin

I follows mainly one character, but there are a few small chapters about other people. I think three of them in total.
