I'm there now. Not neccesarily writing itself, but what to write about. Do I do Romance, Mystery / Thriller, general fiction? Once I get the genre, I think of any word or phrase that comes to mind. For example, one night I sat for 45 minutes thinkging of how to start a book. Finally the words "I'm a nobody." came to mind. 2 hours later I had the first chapter written.
