How do you deal with writer’s block?

R.M. Ruiz Years ago when I started on a novel manuscript (which is on the back burner), I once read an article with several authors' tips about writing. And one author, who unfortunately I forgot his name, said he gets over writer's block by editing what he previously wrote, and then it moves him to keep writing. This works so well for me. I just go back a couple of pages or to the beginning of the last chapter I wrote and go from there.
