Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Linda Crowder Main Street Murder is the second in my Jake and Emma Mystery series, published in October 2014. I'm currently at work on the third, Justice for Katie. The three books (Too Cute to Kill) was first have an underlying story arc that begins in the first, grows more prominent in the second and is resolved in the third.

Never fear, each book is a stand-alone mystery. The story arc is a background for the first two but any of the books can be read independently.
