Pls help me find this book? I read it in the 90s, and it seems like something you might recognize. The MC is a woman who, as a child, was accidentally exposed to government testing in the desert while on a school trip. Now that they are adults, the govt has sent an assassin who was also exposed to kill these people, and their children. I've been on websites galore asking.
