The Maid is vague about the country it takes place in. Based on tea, crumpets and marmalade I was thinking England but the judicial system seems more like the US. So I'm settling on Canada, What do you think?

It's definitely the US. because only Molly was into the tea and crumpets, due to Gran's influence. Everyone else is drinking coffee and Juan even mentions that he's never seen crumpets before. (less)
