The Maid is vague about the country it takes place in. Based on tea, crumpets and marmalade I was thinking England but the judicial system seems more like the US. So I'm settling on Canada, What do you think?

Parts of it do remind one of England, but on the other hand dollars are used, rather than pounds, when things like tips are mentioned. I settled on the US or Canada and thought about it no further.(less)
