I know you're probably asking as a joke, but honestly I'm a big fan of cheese. I go out of my way to try new kinds all the time.
What cheese I like depends on the situation. If we're just talking about eating it straight, I like a good super-sharp cheddar. If we're talking soft cheeses on a cracker, I'd go with Brie. But if meat is involved (steak, burgers) I have to go with Blue.
