I pre-ordered a copy of Savage Road, however I have just been advised by Amazon that the product is no longer available for sale. Is there a reason for this. I live in the UK?

I did look at Amazon UK and I see the book is available and see no issues with it. My question to you is- are you ordering the UK version or the US version? To my knowledge, there isn't a problem ordering Savage Road from Amazon UK if you order the UK cover.
