Is anyone else grossed out at the fact that Cadence and Gat are literally step cousins? When has step relative romance ever been attractive outside of p*rn (and even then the actors aren't even related)? I cringed reading every scene where Cady and Gat kissed or shared an intimate moment. It was just so gross and weird!

No. There's no biological relationship and as much as he was hanging out with the Sinclairs, he definitely wasn't accepted into the family as "family."
Also, if I remember correctly, Gat is Ed's nephew, isn't he? So he's even further removed from being a "step cousin."

I definitely agree!! Even thought Cassie (her, right?) hadn’t agreed to marry Ed, it still makes Gat and Cady ALMOST step-cousins. No matter how attracted to each other they are, it’s plain gross
