Well you can get a glimpse into his younger personality and his relationship with Floote in my short story: "The Curious Case of the Werewolf That Wasn't, the Mummy That Was, and the Cat in the Jar." And, of course, during the course of the Alexia books I had to figure out his whole life. I have the start of a book (his childhood in Italy) and outline notes, but ~ right now ~ it's on the back burner. Regency is not my time period so it would require a great deal of research, and as the book spans a lot of time, so I'd have to learn a new writing style as well. Because of other commitments I just don't have the bandwidth needed to devote to a book like this. I would love to write it eventually, though. Perhaps even serialized.

Not so much a question as a thank you - I recently discovered your books. I know one shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but I found Changeless and Blameless in a bookstore, fell in love with the gorgeous covers and teasers -who can resist 'vampires, werewolves, and afternoon tea'?? (not I) and the moment i got home, went online and bought the whole series&then everything else! Adore your writing so much!

Hi Gail, I have just discovered your novels and am enjoying them immensely! The girls at Madame Geraldine's are such fun and Alexia is such a strong woman, beautifully suited to managing a werewolf husband! I've enjoyed seeing Sidhaig and Vieve in their roles in Alexia's life too. I was wondering if you have any plans to travel to Aus/NZ in the future?
