There is some adult content, but even YA books often times have some sex in them. The sex in this book isn't overly inappropriate. I would say, consider what you let your teens watch on TV. It isn't anymore inappropriate than anything they might find on TV. Maybe... I would say 14 or 15 ? Content wise though, I am not sure if kids or teens would find it interesting. It is adults, working through adult problems.

It's adult and would likely get a TV-16 rating for the language and graphic sex scenes. I also don't think it would appeal very much to a YA reader since the characters are all older adults with careers.

I would say definitely 18+ for the graphic content. It’s not the worst I’ve seen, but fairly steamy at times. It’s the one thing I wish the author would take down a notch. Otherwise, I enjoy her books.

Ha Ha. It's more a book you can age out of. Requires patience and amusement as the main characters get it together.

It's an adult romance, & pretty good but got overly long & drawn out in parts.

I would say 16+ but the main character is in her early 30s so I the target reader is definitely actual adults, IMO. The sex scenes aren’t graphic but it’s definitely written for adults— both for overall plot and mature content.
