The feast I enjoy most is a twist on the traditional. Every year, I try to use a different theme--Southwest, Italian, Native American, Jamaican, English--and serve slightly different turkey, potatoes, cranberry, and pie dishes. But my favorite is our family traditional "frozen salad," an ugly but delicious Jello-mayo-cottage cheese-nut-based concoction that looks like vomit and tastes like heaven!
