I am confused about something that happened in the quinceanera. So, only brujx can see the spirits, right? Then how come Jules met Yads' mom? Is it because it was Dia de Los Muertos? Just like how spirits can touch people, non-brujx can also see them?

Maybe it's only brujx that come back on Dia de Los Muertos not who can see them? And they just stay in the cemetery so others don't really hang around(less)
