How do you get inspired to write?

N.R.P. Wilson My first attempts at writing was to deal with the subjects of my own work. I wrote some columns for a trade paper and somehow, it just developed from there. I then became the honorary editor for my own Association and in that position I often had to write some 'page fillers'. From there I wrote a pocket book on meat hygiene and I was approached by a publisher who asked me to consider writing a multi author book on meat quality. I did that and it just seemed to continnue onwards as I went through my life.
