You can grow your list by adding a signup form to your website, or by joining group promos with web apps like BookFunnel and StoryOrigin. If you'd like to do some paid advertising, I'd recommend AMS, paid social media ads, or BookBub instead. Paying for email lists usually doesn't offer good returns. Hope that helps!
