Anywhere, honestly. I wrote The Reflections (coming Spring 2022) because I was annoyed that I had to take the SAT to attend college and didn't like the system. (This lead to the thought process-- what if the SAT tested more than just your mind? And what if the consequences for failure were greater?) I guess it's no surprise that one of my favorite book ideas came after attending a conference where N. D. Wilson and Andrew Peterson (along with other Rabbit Room members) spoke about writing and coming up with ideas.
