Moriarty inserts the pandemic into the final chapters of the book. Does that totally break the mood for anyone else? Pretty much ruined the ending for me.

Judith The book didn't have or need a specific time-frame, it could have happened any time in the recent past. The pandemic was intrusive & unnecessary. ...more
