Interesting! I'm not a writer, but I like to use Excel for a lot of different things... so I'm curious; how do you use it as a writer? Brainstorming, character/scene attributes?

Dennis E. Taylor I did use Excel initially for maintaining my timeline for the Bobiverse books. Any change to a fixed date propagated down to change all the dependent chapters. But I needed something more visual, so I ended up writing a Gantt-chart kind of a thing.

Now I use Excel for chapter summaries and notes on chapters, mostly.

I just finished listening to "Heaven's River." Another excellent addition to the Bobiverse series. I was wondering if the Bobiverse books had been optioned for movies or TV. If so, do you foresee any copyright or trademark issues given that many Bobiverse characters are named after established characters in other franchises?
