With all of your multiple series that you're working on simultaneously (Custard Protocol and Finishing School, on top of completing the Parasol Protectorate), I have to ask: what is your work ethic when it comes to writing, and how do you manage multiple deadlines with all of these projects?

I'm strict with myself. I have a per-day word count and if I don't make it, I can't have sweets or TV. If I haven't made my weekly total, then I must work on the weekend. On the flip side I reward myself as well. When a book hits shelves I get a new pair of shoes. When I finish a rough draft I get fancy sushi. I’m collecting both stilettos and mercury poisoning – but what a way to go.

Hi, my name is Cintia and I'm from Argentina. Being a writer is what I want the most in this world, nothing makes me happier than writing, but I'm more and more frustrated with each passing day, because I've been blocked for 3 years. And it is not that I have an unfinished story. I have NOTHING AT ALL. A blank page in front of me, that only makes me sadder... Is there a way to overcome this? How do you handle it?
