I am trying to find the first time Stephen King used 'Constant Reader' in one of his introductions or 'Author's Notes'. As best I can gather it is in the introduction to this collection. Others have said Different Seasons, but it doesn't appear in the version I have (first edition). Can anyone say with any certainty?
