Anyone else have a really hard time getting Into this book? I've read like 20% and just feel totally lost... I want the good book that everyone has bragged about. Does it all come together as I read or...? Should I just quit?

They improve with time and the influence of their females once they meet them. I couldn't stand Butch when he first appeared, but by the end of Dark Lover, when he handled a very stressful situation very well, he became tolerable. By book 2 he was a good guy, and in book 4 he got his own love story. All of the characters change, though Zsadist changes the most. Stick with it. It's worth it. (less)
