Question 2? Have you (or your agent) thought of doing an Ebook box set with the correct reading order and all installments for an easy complete purchase? Even the Ebooks are kind of hard to scour through to find the right ones. I realize this isn't always simple with licensing rights and whatnot. To finish, thanks for writing what is one of my favorite universes to be immersed in. Cheers

No "box" sets planned for ebooks, but really, Amazon has already done this -- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W9LXSYG
You just have to click on the series link (in rather tiny print, admittedly) toward the top of the book descriptions on the vendor page.
(Though I see, looking at the Amazon page just now, that Borders of Infinity is missing from the list -- it's actually a 17-book series. Getting corrections out of the Amazon bots is like pushing pudding uphill, so we may not be able to fix this, but I'll bring it to someone's attention.)
Not sure what Nook and Apple Books offer in terms of cross-linkage; someone who uses them may chime in down in the comments.
In addition, my reading-order guide, including the (complete) chronological-order list, appears in the back of every. single. copy of every. single. title of ALL my indie-published ebooks. I have no idea why or how so many people (not just you) are managing not to find it. We've also recently put the "other books by" up in the front matter, so people hitting the "Look Inside" function will come across it right away.
Hope this helps --

Lois McMaster Bujold:
On a re-listen of the Vorkosigan audiobooks recently, I noticed a 1-line reference to the tunnels under Vorbarr Sultana that were used to such great effect in Captain Vorpatril's Alliance - which was written about 20 years later. This got me to wondering: how much research of your own work is (was) involved in preparing for a new entry in a series that has been written over such a length of time?

I note with regret that you say you are semi-retired. I assume that this means that your literary output will be at a slower pace than before. I am greedy for as many Bujold stories as possible. Would you ever consider working with younger co-authors to put out new books? I would expect that you would be reluctant to let Miles, Pen, Ivan, Elli, et al 'leave home', but other authors seem to be doing this.

Lois McMaster Bujold:
If you were writing the Vorkosigan books for the first time in 2022, do you think you'd still choose to refer to hermaphrodites like Bel Thorne as "it" or would you use "they/them" instead? If so, have you thought about maybe doing an updated edition of the books to reflect this? I think the use of "it" is a bit jarring to modern readers.
