I couldn't find out anything specific to this book (and I tried), but most reasons for differences like this say the book could be a different size (larger pages means fewer pages) or use a different typeface or...be a shorter version. I can't imagine them cutting 70 pages of King's book...so I'd figure maybe it's reasons one or two or both.(less)
