how comes the us edition of the book has roughly 100 pages more than the uk edition , are we missing out on a chunk of the book ? lol no spoilers im just about to start the book

August I think it’s the added Trump slamming that adds the additional pages in the US version. It appears to be the only reason he wrote the book, because the story is really lacking.

Matthew Cross Ot could be because of the smaller print i could have sworn the print size in doctor sleep was almost twice as big as this in the uk addition , i like it - moor words filling up the paper :)

Becca There is a 70 page difference (448 to 518), which seems pretty large to me. I couldn't find out anything specific to this book (and I tried), but most reasons for differences like this say the book could be a different size (larger pages means fewer pages) or use a different typeface or...be a shorter version. I can't imagine them cutting 70 pages of King's book...so I'd figure maybe it's reasons one or two or both.
