Did anyone else find most of these characters reprehensible? I understand the idea of flowed characters, but this seemed over the top. What are the redeeming characteristics of Amy, Carson, or Marissa? I found none and had difficulty even finishing the book as I thought they were so unlikable.

At the end Carson and Willa were even talking about how Vivi's characters were intentionally unlikable so that they would be real and relatable, and that seemed like it was a direct statement by Hilderbrand about what she was trying to do with her own characters, but I felt like she went overboard with these ones, ESPECIALLY Marissa and Carson.
