The swearing is very mild. Only words are damn, piss, crap and hell, which aren't used very often. Most of the swearing is made up words.
As for sexual content, David looks at Megan and remarks her as hot more than a few times. Second book they stand partially naked in front of each other, though it wasn't intended. And maybe a reference to someone getting laid in the third book and a party scene in book two. That's all I can think of unless I'm forgetting something. they all are generally clean books.
