Your book, "I'm Sad About My Dick," an outrageous title, is described as part memoir; it is a memoir, right? I mean as much as any memoir is also somewhat fictional, that is, anytime I have written about an experience I have had, there is always some gray areas that I had to guess about what happened, however I tried to recount what I lived, as much as possible. An interesting title, Darryl.

It started as a parody of Nora Ephron's "I Feel Bad About My Neck," and like that one it has aspects of a memoir, but it falls short of a true memoir because it omits necessary elements. What it does cover as memoir has the benefit of blessed brevity.
