Currently reading "The Last Bookshop in London" and loving it! I have been to that part of London and you have captured it. :O) did you live there at one time? When I return to London ( we usually stay in Bloomsbury - due to the proximity to British Library and Museum and bookshops.) I plan to take a walk to the Primrose hill area to discover such bookshops Please write more books like this one!

Hi, Laura - thank you for reaching out! I did not live in London, but I did live in Germany for about 12 years, which allowed me the opportunity to travel through Europe, including several trips to London. I'm so glad you are inspired to check out more bookshops in London. I know I'm very excited for a chance to go back and do some more exploring as well!

Hi Madeline, thank you for your books! I loved Keeper of Hidden Books and The Last Bookshop. How do you gather the mental energy to do such detailed research AND writing, especially with a family (I'm a mom too)? I've got a historical fiction book I'm writing, but sometimes it's discouraging how slowly it seems to go. Any advice for a weary mother/aspiring author? Thanks for your time!
