I deal with writer's block by always writing. Whether you have a block or not, everything isn't going to come out sounding like edited Hemingway or Stephen King. So why worry about what you are writing when you feel blocked? Besides, some of the junk words you write when you just don't care may turn out to be diamonds in the rough, simply because you weren't trying to sound like "H" or King.
