I do have some background…moreIt all comes down to personal preference. I am by no means a professional, rather just interested in science and psychology. I do have some background in the information but there are extra bits to prep you for the information in the chapters to get you up to speed. Personally I like reading the paper versions of books like this because I like to keep track of research papers cited and find different connections throughout the book and some of my other notes.(less)
