I first came across Ann Camell in a book by Geoffrey Munn 'Southwold: An Earthly Paradise'. I was fascinated to find that the area we had moved into had its own witch but it wasn't until several years later that I put her name into a genealogy search engine that she began to become a real person. I just had to write about her.
