Writer's block meaning a block to figuring out story line or what needs to happen in a scene? I take a walk, a quick nap, or a shower to allow my sub-conscious to work on the problem. If nothing brilliant suddenly appears, I start typing what I know about the story which morphs into what I don't know about the story. Somewhere in that process, an answer usually appears. If not, I let it perk in my mind while I move ahead with the things I do know.
