Sebastien de Castell Ah, I see now! Sorry for my being so obtuse on this one.

In terms of timeline, the events in Way of the Argosi actually take place about twenty years before those of Tyrant's Throne (the Spellslinger series takes place on a different continent but roughly around the same time as those of the Greatcoats). Sir Gervais and Sir Rosarite are from a more honourable order of knights than the ones we tend to see in the Greatcoats, which is, in fact, part of why they left Tristia.
