Joseph Delaney Spooks tend to work in isolation dealing with local threats. John Gregory trained his apprentices and sent them out into the world and most he never saw again. Of course, we do see Arkwright and Gregory and Tom working together and now, in the Wulf series, Spook Johnson and Tom become temporary allies.
