A writing routine?
Writing is a full time job for me, so I write 5-6 days a week at least 8 hours a day, but often more.
I do take breaks to go for walks with my dog and have meals or visit if someone comes over, but I do treat my writing like the career it is.

Hi Christine, I would like to know when you are writing such intense scenes, for example dealing with flash backs do you ever say to yourself...ok this is really intense and I need to step away for a moment.? And when or if you do is there some special routine you do or follow to help you refocus? Oh I wanted to also say how exciting that Ice's book made it to the #2 spot on the best sellers list!!
