To my knowledge only the Avon books will get re-issued covers.
There are no books "left behind". lol
When Dorchester sold the books to Avon, Avon did not have the rights to the cover art. Any books in the warehouse could be sold with the old covers, but when they went back to print they needed new covers. That's a legal issue.
A book getting a new cover isn't something I'm involved with.
And unless the books go out of print I don't consider them "left behind".

This is not a question? Just a Comment. You state various times that the number of books released each year is per contract. Why can't your contract read that whenever you have a book ready they will to publish it? When they limit book releases, even though you have been able to complete a book, is losing them money. Your fans will buy the books as soon as they are released.
