One of my favourite JDatE passages is when you dump on "Informer" by Snow. Do you think passages like that can age the book in a negative way? Fewer people get the joke as time passes, not unlike Fred Durst.

David Wong I actually think it makes it funnier! Especially in an era when anyone can google a reference and be delighted by what they discover. It adds layers to the work!
