Is this book readily available in the U.S.? I've read the others but have never heard of it, and it doesn't seem to be easy to find.

However, it was later included at the end of English copies of "The Caldera", the seventh book in "The Brotherband Chronicles", and it is available as an ebook on Apple Books and Booktopia (although I admit I'm not sure if that is only in Australia or international).(less)
